Tracy Radford
With over two decades of experience in social care, community development, and the arts, Tracy has dedicated her career to supporting marginalised communities.
In 2008, Tracy, along with Jayne Williams, co-founded Unanima and spearheaded the development of an innovative theatre making process that centres on the lived experience of learning disabled and autistic communities, co-creating groundbreaking performances and challenging exclusionary practices in the arts.
As Artistic Director and co-CEO, we developing new and exciting work strands, my mission is to continue to think creatively to spark solutions that ensure Unanima not only grows and flexes within the climate we find ourselves, but consistently works within local and national networks to push and demand for a place for learning disabled and / or autistic artists to have an authentic relevance.
